100th day celebration & wonderful, thoughtful parents

Every year for our 100th day celebration, we ask each child and parents to collect enough money to make 100 dollars. We count the money in class and do various math activities. After the week is over we use that money to buy items for our class that we really need. This year we were working toward a small water cooler for the Pre K 4 and K classrooms. God always supplies our needs. Not only did we have enough money turned in but Nick and Tonya donated big, nice water coolers to both classrooms! We were then able to use the money to purchase other items for our classrooms. Mrs. Vicki in K is using her class money to purchase a table to be used for reading circle and I have ordered several Learning Resources from Oriental Trading and Scholastic. I will have pictures and an update as soon as the materials arrive. Again, THANK YOU so much for all you do!
