100th Day Snack

Snow

Here in Louisiana, just a little of the falling white stuff can make us happy. We so rarely see it that when we do, we enjoy it to  the fullest! It was beautiful while it lasted even if it was just a little of it.

So a new kind of light, black rocks, white plants and a new background and it is so different and we love it. Now- we need to wait a couple of weeks for the ph to be just right and then we can add some fish!

New Light

We purchased this new light for our house. I liked it because it was different. Well- it really was different- try 28 pieces different! Ha! After 45 min. I was so ready to take it back. After folding a load of clothes, I came back into the living room to find my son almost finished putting it together. I guess all those early years of playing with Legos really did pay off. So the next time you get frustrated with all those little Lego pieces (that we step on) remember one day the skills they learn, just may come in handy!
