Important Note:

Parents:

Please have  ALL supplies here by Monday, August18th. We have a checklist for each child and all supplies are needed. Also, if you have not turned in your $5.00 check for Scholastic Magazine- please do so ASAP. We will order these on Friday.  Parents- Don't forget your child's extra set of clothes in a labeled zip-lock bag.   We are also in need of a VCR and a TV. If you have an old one you would like to donate, it would be greatly appreciated.  

1st day

Well the first day of school is underway and so far all is well!  A few tears this morning, mostly from the parents, LOL but overall this class is adjusting to a new year of Pre-K.  Will post pictures soon!

Love the new flooring~

Love, Love, Love the floors in the Pre k and K rooms. Makes me want to tell everyone to take their shoes off at the door!  LOL!   Now I have just 3 days to have my classroom ready- I will be needing a few days off when school starts! LOL Maybe Hilary will watch them while I take a "mental health" Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Thanks OBCA

Just a little thought.....

Just a little something on my mind....

Being a parent is hard work. Especially if you are trying your very best. I consider myself a good parent and  sometimes we all have to make decisions for our family that is due to circumstances beyond our control. It is so very hurtful when others judge you because of this. I guess  that is why we should not judge others until we have walked in their shoes.  All good parents are just trying  to make good decisions for their children. Sometimes we will get it right and sometimes we won't. That is why we should all pray one for another. Praying for an awesome year at OBCA. Excited about being able to get in the classroom and get ready for the new school year!
